Permission form and code of conduct

We require all participants of Quo Vadis to provide a signed permission slip. These slips must be submitted to the Office of Vocations electronically two weeks before the start of the Quo Vadis. The form is available for download below. The completed form must be emailed to: quovadisfiat@gmail.com.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves with maturity during their time at Quo Vadis. A failure to do so will result in a dismissal from the camp, if necessary. A general overview of these expectations is described in the code of conduct available for download below.

child and youth protection

The Office of Vocations conducts Quo Vadis in accordance with the Child and Youth Protection Policies of the Archdiocese of Baltimore.  These norms can be found through the "ArchBalt Protection Norms" button below.

Students are welcome to attend Quo Vadis in the summer immediately following their high school graduation. If that student, or any student, is older than 18 years of age, he or she will need to complete the online Virtus Child and Youth Protection training program, which is available through the Office of Vocations. A link to the Virtus site is provided below. Please contact the Office of Vocations if your child will be over the age of 18 at the time of Quo Vadis.
