Everyone has a vocation...
Everyone has a vocation. All of the baptized are called to holiness. We live out that call through a vocation to a particular state in life: priesthood, matrimony, consecrated life, or a generous single life in Christ.
Vocations are a gift from God. The particular vocation that we have is a gift from God and is a work of the Holy Spirit. Vocations grow in the midst of the Church. A vocation is God’s work, not ours. Our job is to cooperate with God.
Each summer, the Office of Vocations invites young women from across the Archdiocese to consider how it is that God works in their life, and to build relationships with others who are asking the same question.
For the 2018 summer, the Archdiocese of Baltimore will partner with the Archdiocese of Washington to do a joint camp.
